Upon uniting law enforcement officers of Russian descent and promoting their general welfare, the Association's objective is to facilitate a better understanding of American law enforcement and the role that Russian-speaking officers play within it by introducing RAOA to the community, establishing communication and integrating the Association in the community's public life.
